Standard FedEx or UPS Ground service typically takes two to three business days. Expedited service uses two-day air, while overnight shipping can arrive the next business day for an additional fee. For standard shipping, booking at least five business days ahead is recommended so the delivery date has practical margin. Local delivery is available throughout LA County, Orange County, Ventura County, and the Inland Empire, avoiding a shipping wait for same-day and next-day bookings when inventory permits. Los Angeles pickup and delivery are useful for a surprise location change, production equipment list, emergency response, or a traveler leaving immediately. A prepaid return label is included with every shipped rental. Return all components in the original protective case, then drop the package at a FedEx or UPS location by the last day of the rental to avoid late fees.
